COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Loosen the lid and microwave from frozen on full power for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, repeat for a further 2-4 minutes until piping hot all the way though. Alternatively, defrost in the fridge and reheat in a pan until piping hot throughout.
