A traditional recipe of slow cooked tender goat meat in a medium madras sauce with chickpeas, green beans and garam masala.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Loosen the lid and microwave from frozen on full power for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, repeat for a further 2-4 minutes until piping hot all the way through.
